Can I update this widget with conditional logic?

Yes, you can include conditions in the Dynamic Drop down. The IF statement of the condition should have the "contains" keyword, so that the form can check if the option is present in the drop down.
If you could share the form details then we could help you in setting the condition.

When a user chooses their division I want to corresponding division to show in the Choose your location. This will help users to only see the locations that apply to them.
Example If statement: If “Choose your Division” = LED then “Choose your location” (1st box) = LEDAlso, How do I increase the size of the Dynamic Dropdown Field? I want it to be 750px.

Unfortunately, that is not possible with the Dynamic Dropdown widget. It is only possible to pass/ insert a value to a basic dropdown field.
I moved your other question to a separate thread - https://www.jotform.com/answers/2159582
I will reply there shortly.
