Kindly guide me why you guys are sending me failed to connect with my Visa?? although yesterday you have charged 1$ from my account???
my event is starting today and i need to use the form.

Unfortunately, it seems your account was downgraded to free for failed payments.
Kindly try again to upgrade by following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
Please make sure you have used the correct credit card credentials when upgrading your subscription.
