how to go back to the form page after the thank you page is displayed?

Asked by moshesh on May 10, 2013 at 05:20 PM

I created a form and embedded the code as Iframe in a contact page in my site.

Now when a user submits the form he gets a thank you message.  I would expect that the thank you message would disappear after few seconds and the contact page would display the form. But this doesn't happen. The thank you message renmains on the screen and there is no way to get to the form

    Please advise

    Hi Moshe,

That's not possible with "Thank you Message", you may put a link instead that redirects them back to the contact form page. Or, you may want to use Custom URL as your thank you page then enter your contact form URL there. This will give you some ideas on using thank you pages. How to Setup Thank You Page for a Form.

By the way, this can be achieved in a more advanced way like using custom scripts that would redirect them back to your contact us page.

    You can use this: http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=jBu7tW7r,

    1. Copy that code and edit the Thank you URL e.g. http://www.google.com (it's found on that script), save that as HTML file and upload it to your server,

    2. Set that as your form's Thank you Custom URL.

Let us know if you have problems applying this solution. Thank you!
