I upgraded my account but embedded forms shows over quota error message.

    I paid for an upgrade plan but it has not been applied to my account, therefore the forms are not showing on my website. Its saying the quota has been reached still.

    I did check your account "dlongacc" and found that you have upgraded but the form which is embedded in your webpage is not in your account. The embedded form is in different account with username "cyphersagency".

    You should upgrade account "cyphersagency". For now, I have gone ahead and cleared your form cache and your embedded forms are back online. 

    Do get back to us if you would like us to cancel subscription associated with account "dlongacc" and process refund? Alternative you can also send us a message from "cyphersagency" account to transfer form to paid account, we will do the needful.

    We will wait for your response.

    Please do cancel current subscription and issue a refund.

    We will do the upgraded plan (and make payment) from the cyphersagency account

    We will also send a separate message from that account stating the above as well.

    Upon your request, I have cancelled your silver yearly subscription plan and processed the refund for your last subscription payment as well. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account. 

    Please note that your account is now downgraded to free plan.
