Updating changes to an existing form

Asked by Image3D on May 10, 2013 at 07:36 PM

    Hello,

I am presently using a form set up by a prior employee and I need to make changes to the credit card information fields.  This form is presently working perfectly on my website so that is not the issue.

I havce successfully made the changes on the form in my acocunt within the JotForm website.  aI have saved the form on the JotForm website with the changes but I an not understanding how I make those changes live. I can not find that information either in the FAQ"s or in the Forums.

How do I update the form in use on my website?

Is the form presently linked to my website supposed to update automatically as I make changes?

Am I supposed to replace the existing form with the updated form by pasting in the "Embed Link" of the updated form?

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://secure.jotform.us/jsform/21085211904141"></script>

    Please help

    Sincerely,

    Rich Dubnow,

    Hi Rich,

    Thank you for contacting us.

"Is the form presently linked to my website supposed to update automatically as I make changes? "

Yes. Everytime you update/modify and save the changes on your form it will automatically reflect on the embedded form.

Currently, I can see the reason why when viewing your form in your secure website https://www.image3d.com/stereo/orderform.html - the form is not being displayed.

It is because the embedded form is not using secure URL.

Please try to re-embed the form using the secure URL you already mentioned

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://secure.jotform.us/jsform/21085211904141"></script>

Inform us if you still have issues after doing this.

    Thanks.
