I am using my marketing request form as a ticket system for people to request things. Is there a way to grant permission based on domain name in the email address so I don't have to approve each person individually as they create an account? For example, all users will have the domain @southernregional.edu.

Also, are we limited to a certain number of users who can submit a form?

    Thanks!

Is there a way to grant permission based on the domain name in the email address so I don't have to approve each person individually as they create an account? For example, all users will have the domain @southernregional.edu.

You can use a condition that will prevent the user from submitting the form based on the email domain he used.

You may use this condition below to disable all other fields in case the user added an email that doesn't contain @southernregional.edu domain.

Also, add a TEXT field that contains a message that only a specified email domain can be used. Then add this condition that will show it if the email doesn't contain @southernregional.edu.15815410902159988 2.png

I have implemented this to a clone of your form. Please see this link for you to try: https://form.jotform.com/200426075904955

Since your account is currently on a FREE subscription, you can only receive up to 100 submissions per month.

Please see this guide to know more about Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits.
