JotForm / Pipedrive integration

Hello,

We are using the above mentioned integration and I would like to know if there is some way to pull in some type of data from the form that I could then match to the Pipedrive field, Label. This way I will know when looking at the person in Pipedrive, where they came from, ie. Jotform.

Apologies for the confusion.

To clarify, are you referring to data that refers to a person's location? Please elaborate when you say, "This way I will know when looking at the person in Pipedrive, where they came from, ie. Jotform."? Or are you referring to categorizing the submissions in your Pipedrive, so that you would know if the submitted data came from JotForm?

I believe that you can add a hidden field on your form, which will have a value "JotForm". Then you can map this field in the Pipedrive integration.

So, the submissions from JotForm will have this label and you will be able to recognize them.

I used the widget, hidden box, but all I could do with that is give the title for that hidden field, Jotform. It's not pulling into the Pipedrive integration though as an option. Is that because it's a hidden field?

May we know the field type for your field "Label" on PipeDrive? 

Note that we recommend to map the same field type, otherwise the data may not be passed correctly.
