What is the backups inplace in the event of a form dissapearing. I experianced a situtation last week where I had created 20 forms and then logged out when I logged back in again they were all gone. I had to recreate these forms over this weekend as there were fundimental errors in the original design and content so I was not concerned at this stage. However I have now constructed my forms and put a lot of effort doing this. I would hate to think that all my work could be lost and would need rebuilding from scratch.
Please could you let me know what systems a\re in place to secure the forms that I have created so in the event of a similar occurance I can restore quickly.

Thanks for contacting us. I don't think we have, but I think we can request that to our developers just in case it is really needed. But to tell you, it is impossible that you will lost forms if you are properly connected to your account. If you can provide us the form URL's, we would be happy to locate them for you and move to your account.
My guess is that you are creating those forms under a guest account. Do you still have the form URL's?

I am afraid I do not have the form url's. Your response regarding the possible cause of the lost forms is viable. I will keep an eye on my login details if god forbid this happens again.

Let us know if you get into similar situation again and we will investigate it.
But i did try to find out the reason for the missing forms and see that on May 03, 2013 you have deleted several forms from your account. I also see several forms in trash folder of your account. Here is the account activity report of your account:
