Why some of my fields are not showing?

Hi,

On my third page I have name, phone and address fields for the person who is buying a gift certificate to fill in their details. However, when I go in to preview the form in Jotform, those fields are not there. As well as, when I have copied the url and put it into my Wix website, it doesn't come up there either. The first two pages work fine. Can you help.

Hello Brenda - Upon checking, your condition logic for these fields is not completed. Please delete or disable your conditional logic for those fields to fix the issue.

Hi jherwin, I wish I knew what you were talking about. Can you direct me to where I would find the conditional logic for the fields.

 I've deleted those fields that weren't working and re-added them and it's working. Thanks
