My E-mail notifications are not going through

    I created a jotform this morning and even though several people have submitted their information and completed the form, I am not receiving the e-mail notifications with the completed form.  I tried a test e-mail and that did not go through either.  I was wondering if there is something I am not doing correctly.  I have used this site several times and have not run into this issue until now.  Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.  The link to the form is:  http://form.jotform.us/form/31295181005143 and my contact e-mail address is:  dena_rick03@yahoo.com

    @dena98

    Upon checking your account, i found that your email id "dena_rick03@yahoo.com" is in our bounce list (reason mentioned below). 

    Result: 

    dena_rick03@yahoo.com is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'Message not allowed - [PH01] Email n=

    ot accepted for policy reasons.  Please visit http://postmaster.yahoo.com/e=

    rrors/postmaster-27.html [120]'

    I have removed this email address from the bounce list and you should start receiving your submission emails.

    Let us know if you continue to have this issue and we will investigate further.
