Not receiving emails

    We were receiving emails until today 5/11/13.

    We added a survey form to our website and now neither that nor our estimate form is sending emails directly to:


    I have checked and tested. Emails are traceable though jotform but it doesnt do us much good if they aren't going directly to our email address.

    P.S. I have even tried turning spam filter off

    As I've check your form's notification recipient, I found out that email address is IN the bounce list which causing the issue of not receiving email notification. I have now remove the said email address to our bouncelist and it should be working fine now.

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'Message not allowed - [PH01] Email n=ot accepted for policy reasons.  Please visit [120]'
