How to include the link to the PDF submission report in the Thank You page.

    Hi there,

we're using jotform to submit a leadgeneration form that - after submitting - is creating a precontract. So far everything works like charm.

Customer fills form, form is submitted, autoresponder email is sent to customer email (formfield) with that pre-contract as attachment. Pre contract has been created with your formbuilder and contains dynamically added customer data from formfields.

    Question:
Is it possible to offer that very same dynamically created pdf on the success page? As a link to pdf in order to open/safe/print?

Problem: Customers might not get the Mail (spam or whatever) so we'd like to provide the document additionally a step earlier to be on the safe side.

Or would we need to recreate a success page that basically is the same as the pdf that is attached to the mail?

Might there be a feature I am not aware of? Maybe dynamically created pdfs are always there and I just need to now how to link them properly? For example like thosse sharing links  https://eu.jotform.com/pdf-view/REFERENCE_FOR_PDF/REFERENCE_FOR_SUBSCRIPTION  what ever this link would look like, this could be added on the thankyou page using the makros provided.

I hope you get my point. Thanks a lot!

Thank you for contacting us. It is possible to include the link to the PDF report in the Thank You page, all you need to do is to pick it from the Form Fields dropdown:

Hi thanks for the advice. I was aware of the {pdf-link} but was not sure what this will show.

So the {pdf-link} will link to the pdf the pdf-builder is creating? With all the design and stuff? Since I could create several pdfs and the Makro isn't referencing to a special  name, I was unsure about that.

    Best,

    Christian

Me Again. Did some testing and obviously the {pdf-link} is doing what I'd like to to. Great! Thanks! Ticket Closed ;)
