I want to upgrade for professional for $49.99 per month but the system does not work

I checked your account and it now shows Professional.
Once you login to your JotForm account you will see the increased
limits applicable for a Professional account.
The page not found error might have been caused by slow internet
connection or heavy traffic and was just a temporary issue.
