Not receiving all notifications for form submissions

    We have started intermittently receiving notification emails of submissions.  I'm not sure why.  I have performed an email trace on our servers and the notifcaiton emails in question aren't even hitting our servers (which rules out filtering, junking, blocking).  

    Can you let me know how we can fix this?

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Our server was listed in a spam database causing this problem. We are working to resolve this. We have rerouted emails into our backup server for now, please allow some time for the queued emails to be delivered to you.
