Jotform and Paypal syncing issues

    Hello,


    I have one customer who's payment on Paypal is not syncing or linked to the JotForm. So the customer would complete a Jotform click on the submit, be redirected to Paypal and then pay. But their payment is not showing up on the Jotform side. Is this a Jotform issues, a Paypal issue, or a customer issue?

    We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. 

    If you're referring to your form https://www.jotform.com/93175149948168, we can't be sure yet as to where the issue is coming from. Can you share with us the error message you are encountering if there's any? Also, can you confirm if those payments were completed or successful?

    Moreover, what we can suggest is to use a PayPal Pro integration instead if the payment option is to use a credit/debit card. This will force the user to pay via the form itself instead of redirecting them to a PayPal page, thus preventing submission until the payment is not completed.

    However, you should have a Business PayPal account type to be able to use this payment integration.

    Hello,
    It was not that form in particular, it was only happening for one customer so I am thinking the issue must be on her end. The payments have been completed and were successful. Thank you for the advice to use Paypal Pro as I think this will help a lot of other issues I have been having.
