I need a staff member to take a form offline

    Hi ... I have designed a form and I need a staff member to be able to load it in the Ipad APP to take it offline for a door to door survey. How do I do this?


    I have tried Sharing it with them or making the a collaberator and nothing seems to work to get the form to display in their ipad JOTForm APP

    This is critical function for us. But we don't have lots of people doing this - currently its a one off project.

    You need to download JotForm mobile app and login to your account in app. You can then assign any existing forms to another user. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/blog/use-jotform-mobile-forms-to-assign-forms/ 

    Your user also need to download JotForm mobile app and login to their account, they will be able to see the assigned form and fill it.

    Hi Tom!

    If you have already assigned the form to your staff member and they have already downloaded the app, then the only thing that is left to do is to make this form be available offline, if you have not already done so. Please follow this guide: How-can-I-use-JotForm-Mobile-Forms-without-internet-access.

    I think we got it working. It didn’t seem to work when we created the
    account with a google sign in. But I did new assignment using the staffs
    hotmail account. Then she got a new login info and it worked. Offline
    appears to work now too.
