Completar formulario en escala

Necesito que un formulario sea completado por una persona, enviado a otra para que complete otra pregunta y luego a otra.

Unfortunately, this can not be done with a single form.

You could create a field in the first form where the first user can input the email of the second user. Then, you can create an autoresponder email (please see this guide to read how you can do that). In that email, you can provide a link to the second form. 

If you don't want users to input the email addresses, you can do that manually as well. In this case, you can add the notification email. If you don't want the second user to see the response from the first user, don't forget to edit the email body. See this article to read how to set a notification email.

Finally, if you need all the submitted data in one submission, you can use the Combine Submissions App to merge the data.
