Sending Reminder Message To A Customer

    I see that there is a way for colleagues to get sent personal reminders from JotForm. Is there a way to send one to a customer? For example, if Joe Smith purchases something from us that is to be renewed in a year, can we have something get automatically sent from Jotform to remind Joe Smith in 9 months that they might want to renew?

    Hi @heathercross!

    You can use the Send Emails Later function to send a reminder autoresponder 9 months after the submission date.

    You can achieve this by creating a hidden field on your form that will calculate a date in the future, 9 months from today's date for example. After that you can select that field to be the time when the autoresponder is to be sent.     You can create another autoresponder to be sent out to your customer right after the submission as well.
