Revert my form back to it's original design

I created a form on jotform and and embedded it into my website www.asthmareliefcenter.com

Now I was trying out different design schemes on the jotform website and it automatically saved the form design although I want it to revert back to the original design I created. Now if I make changes to the form and embed it into my website it will not have the correct background color...etc.

I am sorry to say but there is no way to revert back to your older version of form. We don't maintain your form versions.

If your form is still open in your form builder, you can try to undo (Ctrl + Z) to revert back.
