Online Forms for Company Website

Dear Sir and Madam,

I was wondering if your company creates custom forms for websites.

I currently own a security company in Ontario Canada, and I need forms to add to my website. My current website developer knows how to build websites, but creating forms is not his strong suit.

My website does not to be change, but I would like to create a new tab for my company website with customized forms for my reports.

Could you do something do something like this, and how much would it cost? We have 10 forms to be converted to online forms.

Yes, such forms can be created within JotForm. However, we do not create forms for our users. We can only guide you on how to create one.
