    I don't understand why nobody from jotform answer any questions.

    For those who don't see the list of email in the dropdown, try it on a different browser.

    It didn't work on chrome, but they appeared on safari for me

    I see you are wondering why there is no answer from JotForm team displayed in the comments section of the user guide.

    We add any questions posted in any user guides into the Support Forum so that we can address it properly and in detail. And in such scenario where user has follow up questions or if an issue needs to be raised to our backend team, we can do that without flooding the user guide's comment section.

    Just like this post of yours that is in our user guide, the answer can be viewed by clicking the View Answer button.
