Forward submission to email and forms problems URGENT URGENT!!Asked by obook on May 12, 2013 at 02:14 PM
I have been using your forms smoothly last week. But encounter GREAT PROBLEM after 9 May 2013.
Now all the new submission fail to forward to our registered email email@example.com
Also, the form number is wrong for all those failed submission. My forms have M000000X or P000000X to index the response. But now the number becomes 10, 11, 12... 15, without any prefix. The number even duplicates, have 2 message with number 11. WHAT IS GOING ON??
I never do any thing to change the form since 9 May 2013. What is HAPPENING??
I just paid for the monthly fee for upgrade, yet not helpful at ALL.
Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, however it appears that your email address is in our bounce list and this is the reason:

Your form should be working fine by now as I remove your email address inour bounce list.
Also, it is recommended to configure your email alerts following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues
Thank for your help, but why my mail address was listed in bounce list? What can I do to avoid similar to happen again? Is this something mail.com side need to do or just jotfom action?
Also, the problem about the form sequence missing prefix and duplication is NOT YET answered.
