    how can I receive my feedback direct and not via jotform ?

    Hi.

    on my homepage: http://www.bodenseezauber.de/Kontakt/kontakt.html

    I have a feedback with your form.

    If a client sends this it will be transfered through your server.

    I will receive it with your mailadress as sender.

    My problem now is if I answer and hit the answer button, the mail goes stright to you an therefor in the nirvana,

    and my customer does not get an answer.

    Very often customers forgotten to fill their email-adress into the form and then the contact, and possible

    buisiness is lost.

    How can I change the form to receive direct the feedback mail?

    Please answer because this is not my first mail to you!!!

    Hi Resi

    Perhaps the best solution would be to make the email required. With the form loaded in the form builder, click the email field and then the Required button:


    Save the change.

    Now the customer won't be able to submit the form without completing that field. Please let us know if this solution is adequate.

    thanks for the quick response.
    But I think, this does not quite solve my problem,
    the basic ideais to receive our client email direct and not via jotform!!!
    is this possible?

    In your Sender E-mail, Email Alert notification, you can set the notification sender email to use the email address field as the notification sender enabling you to directly reply from the form notification you received.

    Email Address Field.


    Reply directly from the sender who filled up the form.

    When using this method, we highly suggest Whitelisting Jotmails IP Addresses to prevent email notification from not being received.
