Change payment method

Hi, 

I wish to transfer my payments to my new business paypal account. However when i press 'Change credit card', paypal.com opens up without showing me options to change account. Could you elaborate on how to do this?

It seems you're subscribed to Bronze monthly I-77XRKCRELAXU .

However, to change to another PayPal account, you would have to cancel your current subscription and downgrade back to free.

Once the account is back to free, you may upgrade again with your business PayPal account.

If you want to proceed,

1) Cancel your subscription first in PayPal by following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

2) Once the subscription has been cancelled in PayPal, contact us at this thread so that we can process any refund and the downgrade

Hi, i just cancelled the subscription in paypal

I have added you to the Refund Queue. Our Billing team will process the refund and set your account on the Free subscription.

Then you will be able to upgrade again with the new PayPal account.
