How do I switch to different forms in "my forms"?

Asked by patriotsforpets on May 12, 2013 at 05:04 PM

When I go to "my forms" and I highlight it and then press edit it always takes me to my volunteer form.  Which is not the form I need to edit.  I never had a problem editing different forms before.  Thank you

    Hi,

I could not reproduce the issue you mentioned. I can easily browse and edit any of my forms from the "My Forms" page.

Perhaps this is just a case of browser cache getting stuck. You may try clearing your browser cache and then close and then login again to JotForm. Use this guide http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache to clear browser cache.

Please inform us if this issue persists on your end.

    Thanks.
