Why does my form change by itself?

Asked by felipemate on May 12, 2013 at 06:45 PM

    Hi,

I have one form and it keeps changing by itself, the width of boxes. Do you know why?

    Regards

I see the standalone version of the form looks very similar to the one embedded into your website

Can you please explain to us what would be the desired result?

Hi, and thank you for the fast answer.
Yesterday I had to change the form 3, 4 times, because the width of each
text box changed by itself. I want that it looks exactly like it looks now,
the email, assunto and mensagem box have to be with right sides aligned.

    Hi Felipe

Please try re-embedding the form using its iframe code instead. Use this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code to get the iframe.

Hope this help. Please inform us if the issue persists.

    Thanks.

Hi, and thank you again for the answer,
you can look again - http://mtm.ufsc.br/~fvieira/contato.html - to check
that the form is wrong. It changed by itself.

    Hi Felipe,

I checked your embedded form on this website http://mtm.ufsc.br/~fvieira/contato.html , but it seems you are still using the script embed code

Although, I could also not reproduce the problem you mentioned, I suggest you try re-embedding the form using its iframe code https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Inform us if this makes any difference.

    Thanks.
