Unable to login to our account

    I just made a new account and I gotta say, this does not bode well for the effectiveness of your product...

    The account is attached to dogparkcollective@gmail.com, but my email confirmation link was invalid when I clicked it.

    I also tried to link the account to our Square account, but I'm wondering if I might have done that too soon and it flagged the account for some reason because now I can't get into the account at all and I'm not sure if the form I spent an hour building is lost.

    I tried to submit the support ticket attached to dogparkcollective@gmail.com, but it wouldn't let me sign in.

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing. 

    I have checked your forms and they are clean and normal. I have activated your account and you should be able to access your forms normally. We are sorry for the trouble caused.
