Is it possible to have statistics on what questions people leave the form? Can we know if people give up on a particular question?

Yes, if you mark a question as required, then people will have to fill it before submitting the form.

Else, you can download the excel submission copy from your Form submission page and from that report you can get an idea of how many people answered each question OR who all did not answer a specific question.

    Does that help?

No, because respondents can't apply their submisions if they don't answer all the questions that they are requiered.

So if they quit before their answers are not registered

You could use our session method to save the data. The data is saved only on the click of the next button. You can access their half-filled forms from the submission page.
Users can save the input data in the session that is stored in our server. Please be noted that this feature requires the "Page Break" field.
The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-to-Continue-Later

You can allow users to return to edit their submission in an email autoresponder.  Here is our guide on how to do so:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

The emailed link will allow users to return to their specific submission at any time to update their data.  Once the submission is updated, it will be replaced with the new data, rather than creating a new submission.

    Thanks.

But again in those cases I need users to "do something" specific.

I'm asking this question because some users said they have problems understanding the Form and in some cases they said that they have problems when trying to complete the data.

    Hi,

To better understand your form requirements, you would like the form users to have options to skip a question and able to submit the form? I checked your form and I can see that you are using the Card layout form with 51 pages.

If you are referring to give your form respondents an option to go back to their last session and continue the form later, you can follow my colleague's advised: Setting-up-the-Continue-Forms-Later-Feature-in-Card-Forms

But again in those cases I need users to "do something" specific.

Are you referring on clicking the save and continue later button in order to save their progress? This is the best option to save their progress and continue where they left off. Please provide us more details on your form requirements, to better assist you.

Thank you. Looking forward to your response.
