I was able to replicate the issue when I tried accessing the website you mentioned:

When using my custom domain with https I get the following error Image 10

I believe the issue is with your website's SSL/TLS Certificate. The error means there is a problem with the SSL connection, and the browser can’t verify the SSL certificate.

I suggest reaching out with your Service Provider for further assistance in fixing the SSL certificate of your website.

Thank you, I don't believe that is the issue. If you click the error for more details it says:

This server could not prove that it is forms.wiseguyrepair.com; its security certificate is from *.jotform.com. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.

    Proceed to forms.wiseguyrepair.com (unsafe)

    Hi wiseguyrepair,

I tested the original link for this form and it works fine. https://www.jotform.com/form/200455255130039

Can you please try to reset your link and setup your custom link again.

Is it because JotForm is no longer offering custom urls unless you’re an
    enterprise customer?

    Hi wiseguyrepair,

This is not the case at all. Custom URLs is still a feature available to everyone.

In fact, I just created a new form and made a custom URL - https://form.jotform.com/Albert_G/wiseguyrepair

    This is working fine.

Have you tried resetting your form's URL and creating a new custom URL?

    If so, what happened?

    Thank you.

    Hi wiseguyrepair,

In addition to above, what Enterprise users have is custom domains which is different than custom URLs.

Yes that is what I’m talking about, it’s a custom domain. If you look at
    the link I sent it’s not jotform.com it’s wiseguyrepair.com

Yes, it might well be that case since we are no longer offering custom domains for regular accounts, only for Enterprise plan users.

In order to continue using your domain, I'd suggest to simply embed the form within your website.

Thank you, I’ve tried embedding it but no matter what I do it doesn’t
display correctly. I use Wix and I think the embed instructions are
    outdated.

    Hello,

Since your last query was a separate issue with respect to the logged thread, I have moved that to a new thread link.
