Hi!
I reached out a couple weeks ago because my Form submission info is not showing up in Zapier. Here is a screenshot
It doesn't show the persons name, their address or any of the questions I ask in JotForm even though I can see the info for their submission, it just doesn't show up in Zapier

I have checked the previous conversation and noticed you haven't responded to my colleague's last message.
Could you please tell us are you trying to see the data in the Zapier? Is the data visible in the GoHighLevel?
Please note that you are not able to see the submissions in Zapier. It is used only to forward the information from the form to the third party services.
This information will help us to resolve your problem

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Can you please clarify first which app you were specifically using in Zapier that have the issue.
We will investigate further after we understand what exactly was the issue.

If you are trying to connect to Trello, may I suggest using the instructions in the guide below, instead of Zapier:

Let me check the integration option with GoHighLevel via Zapier and I'll revert via this thread.

Firstly, when you added JotForm, was Zapier able to pull in the form data and test:
If not, probably try recreating a Zap. When I tested this on a demo form, Jotform pulled in the data correctly under Submission A.
Secondly, when you integrated with HighLevel, were you trying to add/update contacts:
Also, were you asked for an API key to connect to HighLevel. If yes, please check if the API entered was correct.
Please cross check these details and let us know.

I would suggest you to please check your Zapier account Task History and see if that data is being sent to integration successfully. Please click on the following URL to check task history: https://zapier.com/app/history
