Unable to change the account's email

    Hey guys,


    Someone responded, and it won't let me view the response. I NEED to change the email from mike@mikesherrard.com to client@highconvertingcontent.com which is the primary email for our business. 


    Every time I try it says it was successful, then doesn't change.


    Please help,

    Is the domain @highconvertingcontent.com a valid one?

    Could you please check the spelling. Do confirm us if the email is correct so that we can escalate this to our backend team.

    Hey Roneet,


    Yes, that is the domain we have. The actual website is going live tomorrow, but we have been using that email for many weeks now. Spelling is correct.

    Unfortunately, we have not received an update from the backend team.

    If you want to receive the responses whenever the form is submitted to your new email id then you can update the recipients in the notification email.
