form not calculating using full html cut/paste into wordpress

Asked by j1melee on May 27, 2010 at 12:50 AM
    here's the link to form:

notice 1) it does not calculate totals in real time (only after going to paypal page)
and 2) if you don't touch a thing, it does not force you to complete the required questions.

if I try to use the script version vs. using full html, the form width gets cut off and I can only see 2/3 of the width of the form.  When I use full html, the width is fine.

    many, many bugs here:  http://www.marybradley.org/?page_id=19

The script code supposed to work on wordpress. If it does not try the IFrame code instead:
    1. Open "Setup & Share" tab on toolbar,
    2. Click on "Share Form"
    3. Click on "Advanced Options"
    4. Click on "IFrame".

Thanks, the iframe worked fine but only after i changed my WP template.  I guess some templates just don't want to work with JotForm.  Thanks again.
