Unable to log into account

    Buenos días, no se por que no puedo entrar a mi cuenta.

    You are facing this issue because your account is suspended. This is due to the form "200303158769354" which was found collecting passport and ID information which is in violation of our Terms.

    While it is in violation, we can make an exception only if you are collecting these information from your customers and not from the general public.

    I can see that you have added a Signature field in the form and a section for Terms inside a multiple choice field.


    Please remove this multiple choice field containing the Terms and use any of the widgets shown in this guide instead: https://www.jotform.com/help/76-Adding-a-License-Agreement-to-a-Form 

    Please review and if you are fine with this, we can activate the account.
