    Google Spreadsheet Integration not forwarding new records

    I have a form online that is supposed to be integrated to my google speadsheet but over the past week it has stopped automatically updating to my spreadsheet. I can't close the integration and then start over again because I have over 2,000 form submissions with multiple tabs running so I'd just like to see if there is a small issue I need to fix. Thanks!

    I just checked this on your form and I could see that there was a slightly lag before the data came through during my tests but it did come through. I think this may be related to the peaktime where our servers experience high traffic at this hour.

    Can you please check your Form and Integration again to see if this data is coming through at all now? If not please let us know.

    I just did a form submission and it didn't show up on my end... It shows up on the jotform submissions side of things but isn't showing up on my form. It is not creating a new form either, its just not linked somehow. Many of the submissions that were missing were from more than 5 hours ago (some a day or two old) so I assume there isn't a server/traffic issue all the time. I'm not sure what's going on at the moment. I don't mind copying and pasting them from the Excel generated form on to my Google Spreadsheet but that can get kind of old afer a while.

    Also, the submission ID numbers aren't changing for me either. I have about 8-10 of them with different names and form fields but all sharing the same "Unique ID". That seems kinda strange too.

    Thank you for cooperation. I have created a bug report ticket about the Google Spreadsheet integration issue and attached it to this thread. Our Developers will check this out and get back to you.

    This is another problem. We can try to check this further, but you will need to create a new thread for this.

    Thanks. I assume the form submissions are still being saved on the jotform side correct? It's just an integration problem right, not a jotform issue?

    I'm still having problems... I just did a mock form to see if it would work and I'm still not integrated.... bummer.

    This problem is generic?

    Yes they should be and normally are still saved on the JotForm End. It is actually copied and then sent into Google SpreadSheets Integration upon being received after doing so when applied. And yes it is most likely an Issue with the Integration where something probably went wrong. This thread about your issue has been assigned to one of our Developers and is scheduled to undergo investigation as soon as possible so I would like to request further patience as our Developer responsible for your issue will respond to you about this problem as soon as they can.

    We apologize for missing to update you guys on this matter.

    On May 22, we had some changes that were able to fix this problem.  In addition, we have made some updates on July 10 and August 9 that resolves delivery of submissions for forms with special characters.

    If you continue to experience problems with your forms with Google integration, please do not hesitate to let us know.
