There are a few of us in my department that are using jotform to create forms. I have added sub-user accounts for each person under our main account but when they create their account and go to create a form, it does not show up under our department's account and the forms they create seem to have the limits of a free account. Is there no way for them to create accounts under our main account? If we create a form for each person and just allow them to edit the form, will that form still be limited by their account or will it retain the permissions of the full account?

Sub accounts like any normal free account and only difference is that they get access to forms/submissions of main account who shared the form with sub account.
If the sub account creates any form in their account normal limits will be applicable as of free account. If you create a form in your account and share it with user, limits will be applicable based on your account plan and not of sub account.
