Hi, I have had trouble integrating square successfully. I think it is all set but is there a way to check and make sure it is working correctly?

I did check your form and found that you have correctly integrated Square payment tool with your Square account. If you want to test your Square payment tool, you can enable "Test" mode in payment tool. Please check the screenshot below:
