Page collapse keeps page to the size of the largest section

Asked by pixelhaus on April 14, 2011 at 06:26 AM

I've embedded a multi-page form with a page collapse onto our website but noticed that the page stays sized to the largest section rather than re-sizing to fit accordingly. This is most apparent on the 'thanks for your submission' page which is huge for 2 lines of text.

can it be made to resize the window/frame accordingly ?

    Hi pixelhaus,

Thank you for sharing this bizaare issue with us. I noticed that you're using the default embed code to insert the form on this webpage. When I used theSource Code instead, it all worked perfectly.

You can copy the Source Code from your Embed Form Wizard as shown below:

Please click here and copy the entire code that you will see. Then paste it to replace the entire coding of this web page - http://www.pixelhaus.co.uk/contact-us/your-requirements/ .

Please let us know if it works for you or not. Thank you for using JotForm!
