    I have a pdf and online version of a form but when I print them neither of them show the headers as they are displayed on the form. How can I fix this?

    The are not centered nor do they have a border around them

    Hello, I did some print tests on the form but was unable to replicate the issue. The header logo and border appear the same in all cases.

    Since our machine and browser configuration might be different, I have created some "print" specific CSS you can add to the form and check if the same happens. You can apply below CSS using the Form designer:

    @media print {

      form.jotform-form div.form-all {

        border: 1px solid #98B7D2 !important;

      }

      form.jotform-form .form-header-group {

        border-bottom: 1px solid #98B7D2 !important;

      }

    }

    If you still having the issue after adding the CSS, you can provide us with a screenshot with a few details of the step you take when printing the form.
