I'm having trouble logging in and accessing my forms

    Last week I was experiencing issues previewing a form I built in JotForm. Today I attempted to log in and my dashboard was not formatted correctly and I'm unable to access any of my forms. Is this a global issue that's being looked into?

    Hi OticonUSA,

    The page may have not finished loading. Here's a few things you can try to load the page.

    1. Try to use a different browser and/or device.

    2. Please close your browser and try to load the page again.

    3. Clear your cache and cookies.

    4. Check your internet connection.

    5. Try to use a different network like your phone's mobile data.

    Hi Albert,

    I've tried using multiple browsers and I'm still seeing the same page on desktop. I'm actually unable to click "login" or "sign up" on your homepage as well. I had to work around logging in and when I did, the screenshot was what I saw when the page loaded.

    I closed and reopened my browser, cleared my cache and cookies, and checked my internet connection. None of these seemed to change the issue.

    Although, I am able to access the website and login on my mobile device.
