Instagram app>>Inbuilt browser: Form crashes when uploading photo

I keep getting clients trying to fill out my application and when it comes to the photo when you go to upload it restarts the application. This is a 2000.00 dollar client. I need jot form to function properly. 

I just tried making test submissions to your form but was not able to replicate the issue. Please see this recording of the test I conducted:

May we know if the form is embedded on a webpage? If it is, please provide the URL so we could make a test submission there and see if we'll encounter the problem too.

May we know your Instagram ID? Is the form under the Bio section of your Instagram account?

May we know in which device the client is trying to fill-up the form?

I understand it may not have glitched when you did it but it did when a high dollar client tried to. That’s where I’m struggling. And it’s now happened 3 times. So it’s just really frustrating. I appreciate you looking into it tho.

I have gone ahead and checked with my Android phone but could not replicate any issue with the uploads. The file did upload successfully.

Currently, I am not having an iPhone so I could not test the form there. I'll make a test there too.

Could you please make sure that the Instagram app is updated. Also, could you please ask the user to fill the form(http://bit.ly/KultureNBR) in the mobile browser if he is unable to fill in the Instagram in-built app?

Just to give you an update on this issue.

We were able to replicate the issue in the iPhone when the Form redirects to the first page if we try to upload a file. The Instagram app version was V123.1.0.26.115.

When we updated the Instagram app to the latest version 129 the Form started working once again.
