    My login is suspended. why?

Also, I didn't receive any notification that it would be.

    Hello,

Have done so browsing on the forum and my guess that the form was suspended was due to credit card info?

How am I able to change the form if I'm not granted access into platform itself?

When can I expect an answer? I'm trying to access important information and the delay is impacting business.

Your account was suspended as your forms were collecting the credit card and passport details.

Collecting credit card details using regular text fields is not allowed here in JotForm. Also, the Collection of copies of passports is allowed given that you will add the mandatory widgets (Terms and Conditions and Signature widgets) or enable form encryption on your form/s. Please check our terms of use.

We have deleted the fields in question and activated your account. If you need to collect payments from your users, please use one of our payment processors. Here's a guide: Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form. You may also capture the card details and charge the user at a later date. Here's a guide: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization.

I recommend you add the E-Signature and the Terms & Conditions widget explaining to the user that they agree to give sensitive data such as Passport Number.

Please check and let me know if you have any questions or need any further help.

    Follow up question.

We are a travel agency and we need to capture card details so that we can use the card to purchase travel on their behalf. We aren't using the card details to charge the user (via stripe/square/etc) at a later date.

If we are to use strip or square, do you know if we are able to capture all the numbers. Or will it only save the last four digits.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the credit card details. However, if you want to do payment authorization, here are some payment integrations: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization

Feel free to reach us if you have any further questions.
