How do I create a spreadsheet from multiple form submissions

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to get the data of multiple forms and display in one spreadsheet?

Please note that you can take advantage of our "Combine Submissions" app to combine the submissions of multiple forms and display the data in one csv file.
