    @jaglenn

    I checked your account and see it in OVERLIMIT status as you have received 13 payment submissions and 16 SSL submissions. Free accounts are entitled to receive only 10 payment and 10 SSL submissions.

    You will have to upgrade or wait for start of next month when the submission counter are reset.

    I am trying to pay for the premium plan but I am getting an error that the Jobform page could not be found.  I have an important event going on and this is important that it's goes live really soon.  What should I do?

    I just created a free account and tried to upgrade it. I dont see any error. 

    On which page actually are you getting this page not found error? You can try to create another account and see if you can upgrade that account. If you are able to upgrade a different account, i will transfer this form to your new account.
