Hi there,
i have an appliation form (all 3)
when a user fills it out sometimes it emails just a link that does not open.
and does not include any files ..

To clarify, the uploaded files returns as a broken link when viewed in your submission page or only in the notification email/autoresponder?
Can you please share a submission in which the uploads are returning an error?

is just an example
the form itself i have set to e-mail a pdf and all attatchments.
instead i just received an e-mail stating i have a new submission
when i click the link it does not load.

I have checked the submission ID 4577807756327618117 and it seems the submission is still pending.
Checking further your form submission data,I see that there are empty field data in all your submissions.
Can we test a submission using your form? or can you test a submission using your form URL https://www.jotformeu.com/form/92533290967365?

Feel free to test a submission.
but some fields they can leave blank, its intended that way?

I have submitted a test submission in your form. Kindly check if you're able to receive the data in your notification email.

When I was filling up your form I found an upload field for passports and visa. Kindly remove the field as we don't allow uploads of sensitive information such as passport.
Also you are collecting banking information in your form.
Kindly remove those fields as we don't allow collecting banking information in the forms.

I have created a new thread regarding the banking information fields.

It seems the PDF attachment is more than 5mb. This is the reason why it cannot load in your notification email.
We had a recent updated regarding this new change and as per update, attachments more than 5MB will not be attached in the email however, you may still view them in your submission page.
Please try to upload files not more than 5MB and let us know if the issue still remains.
