How to set transaction rate?

For the payment function:
Can i set the ratio of transaction fee? for example 50% cover by participants and 50% cover by organizer?

You are allowed to use only one payment method per one form. 

If you are the organizer, you can show the correct price on the form, or apply a coupon code to the payment.

If you are not the organizer nor the participant, you can create two forms and transfer data between them using the URL parameters. You can read this article to find out more.

You can also send an autoresponder email that will automatically send a link to the second form to the organizer, for example.
