tax exemption

Hi- We are a tax exempt educational institution.  Last year we were charged sales tax and my requests to have this removed were never answered.  I just received notice that our account will renew again on Feb 27 and tax will be charged... are you able to tell me how to establish our account as tax-exempt in order to avoid this charge?

Vat is determined by our payment processor who handles your payments to Jotform which is FastSpring.

Kindly send a request to FastSpring support about the exemption. You can send them an email to support@fastspring.com and include your tax exempt document.
