Users can't access forms

All of our users aren't able to access their forms. It says 'Unable to load form. You may not have access to this form. 

The issue may be happening due to the form is set to access only by the assignees. Please check if this option is enabled in the Assign Form section of Publish tab.

You may change it to Public Form so that it can be accessed by all users.

Hi there. It just seems odd. They have worked across our 9 stores, all users and all forms since a few hours ago. What has changed? 

There is no issue filling in the forms, it is that the users can't access the submissions
