I would like to downgrade my account from PREMIUM to STARTER as I have finished my project and will not need to receive forms anymore.

To do this , be sure you are logged into your Jotform account , then follow the steps on the Image

I've tried it several times and keep on getting a message that says:
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION HAS BEEN SCHEDULES TO BE CANCELLED MANUALLY
I am trying to cancel it manually.
Can you help me?

Your account is now downgraded to Starter/free. If you cannot see the changes in your account, kindly please log out your account then re-login.
