I am unable to access the inbox for

Good morning,

My username is cantaborg.  I am trying to see the inbox for this form - https://www.jotform.com/build/52643920533150  I can edit the form just fine, but I can not access the inbox - https://www.jotform.com/inbox/52643920533150.  I was able to access it yesterday, but not today.  I can also access the inbox of other forms.  When I try to access the inbox of this form, I just get a blank screen.  There is no error message or anything like that.  Please help.
