How do I get the metadata from the link below in one of my forms?

    https://www.leadmetadata.org/

Or, how can I best use jotform to integrate w/ my Boomtown account?

I'm sorry, but there is no option our forms can contain custom metadata. A workaround would be to get the source codes of the form and add the metadata there.

    Source code guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form.

You would need to embed the form as a modified source as there is no option to import it back to the form builder. You can save it as a standalone HTML file or embed it directly to your website. I suggest saving as HTML then embedding the HTML page as an iframe.

I see Boomtown is available with Zapier, you can integrate us there.

I have also sent this thread to our backend team as a feature request. We cannot give you a timeframe for the request, but as soon as we have an update, we will notify you here.
